소방용 보호장구 착용에 따른 신체내 혈당과 젖산의 변화

Changes of Blood Glucose and Lactate Concentration in Body Wearing Firefighting Protective Equipments

Abstract
The aim of study intends to investigate changes of blood glucose and lactate concentration with wearing firefighting protective equipments and to provide the basic data for the safety of firefighter. The results of the study are as follows; Glucose decreased by 6.0% in the 3 METs, 13.0% in the 9 METs at WBGT $30^{circ}C$. Glucose decreased by 9.0% at WBGT $20^{circ}C$, 11.3% at WBGT $30^{circ}C$ in the 9 METs. Lactate increased by 78.3% in the 3 METs, 150.0% in the 9 METs at WBGT $30^{circ}C$. Lactate increased by 87.5% at WBGT $20^{circ}C$, 127.3% at WBGT $30^{circ}C$ in the 9 METs. It is concluded that blood glucose and lactate concentration varied considerably and reflected by firefighting protective equipments.

요지
본 연구는 소방용 보호장구 착용시 작업강도가 신체에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 소방공무원의 안전을 위한 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 한다. 혈당은 실험온도 WBGT $30^{circ}C$에서 작업강도가 3 METs에서는 실험전후 약 6.0% 감소하였으나 9 METs에서는 약 13.0% 감소하였고, 작업강도 9 METs에서 실험온도 WBGT $20^{circ}C$에서는 약 9.0% WBGT $30^{circ}C$에서는 약 11.3% 감소하였다. 젖산은 실험온도 WBGT $30^{circ}C$에서 작업강도가 3 METs에서는 실험전후 약 78.3% 증가하였으나 9 METs에서는 약 150.0% 증가하였으며, 작업강도 9 METs에서 실험온도 WBGT $20^{circ}C$에서는 약 87.5%, WBGT $30^{circ}C$에서는 약 127.3% 증가하였다. 이상의 결과 소방용 보호장구 착용은 혈당과 젖산에 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 연구되었다.
